Necessary equipment and documents upon receipt of a customer to the institution.

• Medical files (copies);
• ID Card and Health card (certified copies by the court or the municipality);
• Medications for whole month
• Wardrobe: required 3 pairs for every cloths!
• Sleepwear: 3 pairs
• Socks: 3 pairs
• Undershirt: 3 pairs
• Pants and track suit (skirt for woman): 3 pairs
• The upper part: 3 pairs
• Slippers: 1 pair
• Jacket (winter or summer): 1 pair
• Shoes: 1 pair
• If user does not wears dippers , 3 pairs of underwear are required.

Hygiene:

• 1 liter of shampoo,
• soap,
• toothbrush and toothpaste,
• creams,
• wipes
• package (10 pieces for men razor and shaving cream)
• Pelene po dogovoru prilikom prijema ukoliko su potrebne
• Panties diapers negotiated upon receipt (if required);

NOTE:

Please do not bring valuables ( jewelry, watches) or leave it to user at personal responsibility. The team is not responsible if something disappears.
